The actions meets the objectives and priorities of the AENEAS programme as indicated below:
– To promote and support the management of legal temporary migration, as opposed to illegal migration, of medium and high-skilled people from Moldova, Ukraine and Russia towards the EU.
– To contribute to the improvement of policies for legal labour migration’s management and to the development of a culture of legal migration.
– To offer migrant workers the possibility to improve their skills and to support their labour reintegration in their countries of origin, in this way promoting “brain circulation” as opposed to «brain drain». –       To support the economic development and modernization process of the third countries involved and facilitate their approach to the EU.
– To contribute to capacity building of Employment Centres in selection, evaluation, placement and international mobility of job-seekers.
