INTERNATIONAL TRAININGS

Three international trainings for operators of the social sector were held during project implementation.

Six main topics have been addressed:

(1) Conflict mediation/negotiation, (2) Cross-cultural and Intercultural communication, (3) Community engagement, (4) Burn-out prevention, (5) Skills assessment and balance of competencies, (6) Career /training and services guidance.

Competences have been transferred to participants through an innovative multidimensional training based on successful integration case studies and on-the-job experiences gained by the involved partner organizations with a recognized expertise on integration practices. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, all trainings had to be held in online format between November 2020 and February 2021.
